Start any retainer within 30 days of delivery and the $1,500 comes off your first invoice as a credit against whichever tier you choose, one credit per sprint.
You move up a tier, and you can do that at any time. Starter runs 2 active lanes, Growth 3-4, Scale 5-6. We'll always tell you upfront when something you're asking for needs a lane you don't have yet, rather than quietly squeezing it into the ones you do.
Turnaround is set by your tier: 3-5 business days on Starter, 48 hours on Growth, next business day on Scale. Complex projects (full website builds, brand systems) follow a scoped timeline we agree on upfront.
